5’2. In the before picture, I was about 215. In the after picture, I was 160. In the before picture, I had already lost about 15 pounds. From the first picture to the second picture, there was about a year and a half long gap. Clean eating and exercising, smaller portions, and recovery from a binge eating disorder and a night eating disorder are what helped me shed the pounds.
These pictures are about a month apart.. Personally I don’t see a crazy difference between the two but there’s a lil something! I drink toooonnns of water and eat healthier but I don’t restrict myself because that’s always led to my personal failure. My BMI is still considered overweight but I’m only halfway there! :)
